French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (uncooked)
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut (one 3 1/2 oz. can)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust.
    Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Cool and serve.
