Fat-Free Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices fat-free bread, toasted (0 fat; 50 calories)
    6 asparagus spears (0 fat; 20 calories) or 1 medium tomato, (0 fat, 35 calories)
    2 or 3 egg whites (15 calories each) (0 fat; 45 calories)
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put water and salt in a small frypan.
    Bring to boil and add egg whites.
    Poach until firm.
    Heat asparagus.
    Put egg whites on the unbuttered toast.
    Cover with the asparagus or tomato slices. Season and enjoy!
