Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 c. finely grated or shredded raw potatoes
Preparation
    Grate potatoes just before using to prevent discoloration. Combine ingredients in electric mixer bowl.
    Beat on low speed until blended, scraping bowl.
    Preheat frypan; grease lightly with butter or drippings.
    Drop mixture by the spoonfuls, spreading out.
    Bake until brown; turn and brown other side and bake until potatoes are done.
