Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine cooked, cubed chicken with soup.
Add salt, onion, lemon juice, pimento and celery.
Add salad dressing (Miracle Whip or mayonnaise).
Put mixture into casserole dish.
Top with cheese, almonds and crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
