Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 lb. ham
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. mustard (dry)
    2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
Preparation
    Make
    dough
    out
    of
    flour, cinnamon, mustard, cloves, black pepper and brown sugar.
    Add enough water to make stiff dough. Cut
    skin
    from
    ham.
    Place
    in
    roaster fat side up. Spread the dough
    over
    the
    fat side of ham and seal next to pan.
    Bake uncovered
    in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Ham is
    done
    if bone moves easily.
    Discard crust and remove ham immediately from grease.
