Chicken Morfasso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned, and flattened
    1 c. flour
    olive oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. white wine (optional)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, half and half, and Parmesan cheese in bowl; set aside.
    Coat chicken breasts with flour; shake off excess.
    Heat oil until haze forms (use large skillet).
    Whisk egg mixture and dip breasts to coat evenly.
    Add chicken to skillet, then reduce heat to low and saute slowly until golden brown, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
    Remove to heated platter and keep warm in 200\u00b0 oven.
