Ham-Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed and buttered
    1/2 to 1 lb. shaved ham
    10 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese (I use Colby)
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put shaved ham and grated cheese on top.
    Beat eggs and milk; pour on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
