Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. cooked squash
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Drop mix by tablespoon into 1/8-inch hot oil in large skillet.
    Flatten patties to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cook to golden brown.
    Turn and brown on the other side.
