Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh whole cranberries
2 oranges
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Rinse whole cranberries in running water.
Cut oranges in quarters. Put cranberries and oranges through food grinder.
Stir in sugar and refrigerate up to two days before you plan on using the relish.
Makes 2 cups of relish.
