Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slighlty beaten
1 stick melted margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
1/2 c. breadcrumbs (cornbread dressing good)
Preparation

Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine egg, pepper, salt and half the melted margarine.
Stir into squash and onion.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Pour remaining margarine over the top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes uncovered.
