Knorr Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    3 chopped green onions
Preparation
    Empty large container of plain nonfat yogurt into cheese cloth. Tie to kitchen faucet and drain overnight.
    Season with snipped fresh herbs.
    Serve with crackers.
