Quiche Cubes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp basil
2 oz turkey ham, diced
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 cup non-fat milk
Preparation

Coat a 1 quart baking dish with Pam.
Sprinkle cheeses, basil and turkey ham into dish.
Stir gently to mix.
Beat together eggs, egg white and milk.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Stirring until well mixed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firmly set.
Cut into 1 inch cubes.
Serve hot or cold.
