Broccoli Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
    1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 (5 oz.) can water
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. regular milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions.
    Place broccoli and sausage in bottom of 2 pie crusts.
    Mix evaporated milk, water, eggs and milk together; set aside.
    Combine flour, cheeses, salt and pepper and put over sausage.
    Pour in milk-egg mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes or until browned at 350\u00b0.
