Cheesy Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. Velveeta process cheese spread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Bring broccoli and water to boil in medium saucepan, separating broccoli with fork.
    Stir in Velveeta cheese, reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving. Makes 6 servings.
