Jello Salad(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
1 large (6 oz.) box NutraSweet
1 box jello (any flavor; I like lime)
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) container light Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple (with juice) to boiling.
Add jello and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool.
Fold in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Pour into oblong Pyrex dish and chill.
Serves 10. (27 optional calories, 1/2 fruit exchange.)
