Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 link Polish sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pan brown sausage and drain.
    Combine all but milk and butter. Simmer until tender, then add milk and butter.
    Simmer until hot and serve.
