Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 large cans lemon pie filling
Cool Whip
nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs and oleo together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat egg whites, adding sugar.
Spread over crumbs and bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Spread lemon pie filling over top. Top with Cool Whip.
Add nuts, if desired.
Chill 4 to 5 hours. (Can use chocolate or any other pudding.)
