Mexican Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. onion
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Fry the rice with oil at medium temperature until it is brown. Add onions until soft.
Add tomato sauce.
Stir it up.
Add boiling water, salt and garlic powder for flavor.
Cook at low temperature for about 40 minutes until the rice is soft.
