Fresh Vegetable Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 potato, diced (either sweet or Irish)
    1 c. cauliflower, finely cut
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 medium onion, minced
    fresh garlic
    1 tsp. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet and saute vegetables for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
