Easy Jambalaya (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, sausage, or crawfish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stem celery, chopped
    shallots, parsley and bell pepper, chopped, to taste
    1 1/2 c. rice, washed
    1 can Campbell's beef broth or consomme
    1 can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix it all together in microsafe dish.
    Cook covered on High for 2 minutes, then 30 minutes on Medium.
