Buttermilk Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 cup lukewarm water
    1 c. soft shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 to 5 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    This will keep for a week in refrigerator.
    Take
    out
    as
    much
    dough as needed.
    Roll out dough and cut.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
