Crock-Pot Chili With Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground lamb
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 large can tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Brown lamb in skillet.
    Drain and pour 2 cups of boiling water over it to rinse; drain again.
    Put lamb in crock-pot with all other ingredients and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
    Delicious!
