Christmas Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. golden seedless raisins
    1 c. dates
    1 c. dried apricots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Grind raisins, date, apricots, walnuts and lemon and orange rinds in food grinder or food processor very fine.
    Mix well. Roll into bite-size balls.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
    Store in covered jar in refrigerator for at least 2 weeks to mellow flavors.
    Before serving, you may want to coat again with confectioners sugar.
    Makes 30 fruit balls.
