Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 2/3 sticks margarine, softened
2 2/3 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, margarine and flour.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Mix remaining ingredients for the tart filling.
Roll cream cheese and flour mixture into small balls and press into small, greased muffin tins.
Add filling.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
