Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sized potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt if desired
    bit of pepper
    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn or cream-style
    cracker crumbs
    pieces of butter or oleo
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a casserole dish place a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of onion, a layer of corn and a thin layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat until ingredients are gone.
    Cover top with a layer of cracker crumbs; add milk over all.
    Place butter pieces over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 from 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
