Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
    2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In saucepan, brown beef and cook celery and onions until tender.
    Use shortening, if necessary. Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, salt and thyme.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.
    Spoon potatoes around edge of casserole pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes until hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
