Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add drained pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
Wrap in Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate until well chilled or overnight.
Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry. Serve with crackers.
