Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can pinto beans, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. browned loose pork sausage
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 potato diced or 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni or 1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan add all ingredients, except potatoes (or macaroni or rice).
    Simmer 1 hour, covered.
    Add potato (or macaroni or rice).
    Cook until done, adding water as necessary for stew.
    Serves 4.
