Chinese-Style Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 c. celery, thin slices
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper, cut in thin diagonal slices
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In medium skillet, mix water and vegetables.
    Cover.
    Steam 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring several times.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in soy sauce.
    Makes 4 servings (40 calories each).
