Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar or can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese (the more the better)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
    Cook rice until tender. Saute onions in butter.
    Mix with broccoli and rice.
    Dilute soup with milk; add can of mushrooms and pour over mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
