Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    5 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    In 2-quart pan add potatoes and onions to boiling water.
    Cook until tender, mash slightly.
    Do not drain. Add enough milk to make 5 cups.
    Blend melted butter.
    Add flour, parsley, salt and pepper; cook.
    Add cheese until melted.
    Serve.
