Grilled Top Loin Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef top loin, cut 1 to 1 1/2-inches
    salt and pepper
    Vegetable Packets
Preparation
    Place steaks on grill over ash-covered coals so they are 2 to 3-inches from coals. Broil at medium temperature. When first sides are browned, turn and season with salt and pepper and finish cooking on second side. Steaks 1-inch thick require about 12 to 15 minutes for rare, 18 to 20 minutes for medium. Steaks cut 1 1/2-inches thick require 22 to 25 minutes for medium. Serve Vegetable Packets with steaks.
