Christmas Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips and butter in heavy saucepan. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Allow sauce to cool slightly.
Pour into small glass jars.
When completely cool, screw on lids.
Label jars and keep refrigerated.
These are good for gifts to special friends.
