Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2/3 stick margarine
1 c. Minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. cheese, shredded
garlic salt
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Combine cooked broccoli, including juice, with rice and mushrooms. Saute onion in margarine.
Add to other ingredients. Combine mushroom soup and cheese in double boiler.
Add garlic salt.
Heat until cheese melts.
Pour this into broccoli mixture and mix.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles.
