Archibald'S Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    not quite 1/4 c. malt vinegar
    2 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1/8 c. water or pineapple juice (use the juice for more Polynesian flavor)
Preparation
    Combine sauce ingredients and stir over medium heat.
    Add chicken breasts.
    Cook until sauce thickens.
    If chicken is done and sauce isn't thick, cornstarch may be used.
