Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a saucepan or microwave.
    Mix the oleo, cake mix and rest of milk together. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and spread caramel mixture over it.
    Roll out rest of the mixture between two sheets of waxed paper and transfer to pan.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
