Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 lb. dipping chocolate or confectioners coating
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter and butter until well combined.
    Shape candy into 1-inch balls.
    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Let the balls stand about 20 minutes or until dry.
    Melt the dipping chocolate or coating.
    Dip the balls into the melted chocolate.
    Let stand until dry.
    Store tightly covered in a cool, dry place.
    Makes about 30 balls.
