Beer Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
6 oz. beer
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
slivered almonds
green onions
water chestnuts
2 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice mix
Preparation

Season chicken.
Brown pieces.
Put into covered casserole. Mix in soup, mushrooms, beer, soy sauce, Worcestershire and almonds.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or in microwave until sauce is bubbly.
Cook wild rice.
Add green onions and water chestnuts. Serve sauce over rice.
