Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good sized pot roast or 2 lb. stew meat
    carrots
    onions
    potatoes
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 medium size can V-8 juice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Place in roasting pan, meat first.
    Add other ingredients as listed.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours.
    Can also be prepared in a crock-pot.
