Ingredients

1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Blend pie filling with syrup.
Gradually stir in milk and egg. Then add pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is firm and just begins to crack.
Cool at least 3 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
