Peanut Butter Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, 1/4 cup peanut butter and butter together until crumbly.
    Set aside.
    Cream remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter and shortening together.
    Beat in rest of brown sugar.
    Add eggs in one at a time and beat until fluffy.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add alternately with milk to cream mixture.
    Beat after each addition.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with crumbly mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
