Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spareribs, cut in serving size pieces
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small piece ginger, crushed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Marinate ribs in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, salt, cornstarch, ginger and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Brown ribs.
    Remove excess fat.
    Add vinegar, water and 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
    Cover pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer slowly until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
