Lasagna #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 large jar (28 oz. or larger) chunky garden spaghetti sauce
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or round
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Simmer in Ragu sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cook noodles in salted water until tender.
    Rinse in cool water.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, place layer of noodles, then meat and sauce, then cheeses.
    Continue layers until pan is full or ingredients are used up. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until browning and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
