Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers, seeded
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Boil peppers until tender.
Mix other ingredients and stuff peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 6 servings.
