Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
salt and pepper
mayonnaise to taste
Preparation

Shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients, including enough mayonnaise to keep it all together.
Carefully spoon back into the hard-boiled egg whites.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
