Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. small flour tortillas
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    1 small can pitted black olives, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green olives
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Spread tortillas with other mixed creamy ingredients.
    Roll them the long way and chill for 8 hours at least.
    Slice crossways with string or serrated knife.
