Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. mini semi-sweet chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; spread onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Combine cream cheese
and sugar mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla and pour over crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0
for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 250\u00b0
and continue baking for 35 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Chill.
Top with 6 ounce package almond brickle chips before baking (optional).
Omit chocolate pieces and top with almond brickle chips before baking (optional).
