Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 c. rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1 onion, chopped
    2 or 3 ribs celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1 bunch green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in a little oil and butter in Dutch oven.
    In a casserole, put the rice, broth and seasoning mix.
    Lay chicken on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
