Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. cut up rhubarb
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange rhubarb in an 8-inch baking dish.
Combine sugar, flour, orange peel and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of rhubarb.
