Beef-Rice Italiano(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground sirloin
1 C onion, chopped
3/4 C green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained
1 can condensed beef broth, undiluted
1 3/4 C uncooked instant rice
Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to crumble meat.
Drain well; return mixture to pan.
Add Italian seasoning, tomatoes, and broth; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover and remove for heat.
Lets stand 15 minutes.
Stir well before serving.
